Get rid of it

Patty has put her core to work with a seated hot potato.
Using the principles of variance allows the kettlebell programs
to challenge the whole body. This will enable an even better
total fitness pursuit for all who come.

Patty is in her 2nd year of Kettlebell programs and has seen
astounding results in muscle gain and improvement in bone
density.
