    was able to manage the first set pretty well, never having to put the bell down. but then it started to beast me a little bit and i had to set it down numerous times. did the run in 1:30

    focused on actually keeping the bell moving constantly rather than using a heavier weight and stopping every few seconds. Only put the bell down a few times. overall, it was a good workout.
