Kettlebell WOD 12/15

10 Halo Swings

  3. did something totally different today with Mike: AMRAP 15 minutes 250m row 10 TGUPs
    Did about 3.5 rounds with a 10k

  4. Did what Monica did.

    Finished 3 rounds plus a fourth round of rows. 10k on the Turkish getups.

    Then a sprint thing; 3 shuttles followed by 10 clean and press from the ground, 3 rounds. Finished around 2:10, I think. 10k again.
