WOD 2

1 minute work, kb hold: overhead, rack
15 secs rest
1 minute ring complex: up, down, in, out
15 secs rest
1 minute one legged dl
15 secs rest

    1 minute one legged dl was more difficult than anticipated. I can see where I would benefit from a bal. class.

  2. Great workout, the 24Kg on the W2 were killing my forearm on the KB overhead hold.
