12 jumping lunges
15 toe to bar
3/3 tgu

2 rounds
at your own pace


WOD 2

12 minute amrap

8 americans
8 box jumps
8 pullups (alternate sets of bar/rope)

w: 16k/20"
m: 24k/24"

    if you want to simulate the feeling
    of dying then i highly recommend taking 2 weeks
    off and then coming back to the grind.

    10:45 20 lbs for TGU
    Coach sub'd 15 dolphin burpees instead of TTB

    WOD 2
    Changed to something else.
    Q&A w/ bells in motion at all times. For every missed answer x3 dolphin burpees.
