10 (right) ground to overhead
50 ft overhead walk
10 (left) ground to overhead
50 ft overhead walk
2 rounds, up the weight for the second round
WOD C
3 minutes snatch, w12 and m12
1 minute rest
2 minutes snatch, w14 and m16
1 minute rest
1 minute snatch, w16or20 and m24
switch hands as needed and even put the bell down if needed.
focus on technique, and aim for perfect reps.

Agree with Rob on the heat. Any tips for hydrating? I don't think I'm drinking enough water.
Monica...bring a bigger water bottle. Or even a gallon jug like the body builders do :+)
ReplyDeleteTriple digits!! Man was it hot!! I finished last but I finished. Drinking lots of water thru out the day as well as during the wods but the heat & exertion can sometimes make me dizzy, as well as give me a heat headache. That was the case yesterday. Pacing myself & still getting a good workout is key. Trying to figure out how to achieve both is the hard part.
