WOD 1:

dual swing x1
dual clean x2
dual squat x3

5 rounds
as heavy as you can


WOD 2:

kettlebell grace
ground to overhead with single bell
30 reps
must switch hands every rep

    WOD 2: 2:24 16k!
    Let the record show that I was the first to finish in class today using a prescribed weight! In the 2+ years I've been coming to KB class I've never been able the first to finish a workout!
