KETTLEBELL WOD 12/11









Learning to let go was the theme of todays kettlebell wod.
We built new skills and improved old ones.

SKILLS w bell: 2 hand backward flip, 2 hand forward flip, release tap catch.

  3. I don't know if I was more scared of dropping the bell on my foot or having to do a burpee when you do drop it.

    The backward flip was... interesting. My grip was giving up towards the end.

    Great workout!! I loved it!

  4. Loved this workout! Got to do lots of burpees, but finally got that backward flip a few times. Funny, though, could only catch it one-handed...dropped it every time I tried to catch it with two.
