only one member of your team may work at one time
one minute at each station, then rotate to the next station

team wod was a battle and unfortunately we came up just short. i would never use the excuse that WE HAD ONE LESS TEAM MEMBER THAN THE OTHER TEAMS. i just wouldn't. ;-)
