    Good class but felt like my arms were going to fall off by the last wod!

  3. WOD 2: Farmer’s walk, used 32k when they weren’t being used, otherwise 24k. Pull-ups, Chris told me I did them better without the band but the most I could do was 5.
    WOD 3: 5rds + 4 snatches

    This was brutal but in a good way.
