you are welcome! now i just need to get myself up to the 24 for the presses.9:01 for the WOD with the 32k for the russians and the 20k for the c & p. 1:28 on the 400and special thanx to christine for the black magik tape to hold my hands together. :-)
10:56 for the WOD (20K swings, 12K presses - we need some more 14Ks ;)2:05 for the run which calculates out to roughly an 8 minute mile. That's amazing for this solidly 10:30 minute mile chica.
12:12 with a 20kg. First Kettle bell class. Slow run. So much for this being my "active rest" day!
