Wod#1
5 kettlebell horn squat clean
7 push ups
8min AMRAP

Wod#2
10 med ball sit ups, 1 shuttle run
7 american swings
5 rounds

  1. Chris failed to mention a 3rd WOD of tabata squats with the "rest" entailing remaining in a squat position. I think he was trying to kill some of us off since the class is getting so big.

    I did 12 rounds on the 1st WOD with 14kg, finished the second WOD in 5:41 (I think) with my amazingly strong rugby teammate, Carrey Bull!
