    I don't remember my time, but think it was over 5:00. 12K.

    I got faster on each round of WOD#2. That rocked. :)

    Arrived late so started at 20 snatches (12k)/8 in & out
    Time ??

    WOD 2
    Faster each round AND 1st WOD doing all jumps, no step ups - i WILL conquer "The Box"

    Philip: In & out is done on paralettes (see above photo). Start with hands supporting weight on paralettes, legs back & on toes, jump legs thru (keep core tight, pull knees up & forward) to land legs forward, then jump back to original position to count 1 rep. Can be modified by jumping legs thru to center of paralettes (tuck position) then finishing forward and reversing that motion to get back to start position. Hope that helps!
