hello bruno. the kb wall ball starts as if you were doing a two handed russian swing but at about mid stomach height you release the bell and flip it so that you catch the bell, not the handle. then while holding the bell you do a squat and as you stand up you then flip the bell again catching it by the handle. that's one wall ball. takes a while to get used to but after some practice it will flow quite easily. sorry about the holland debacle and best of luck. - .r.
