    12 kg on 5,4 rep sets
    14 kg on 3,2 rep sets
    16 kg for 1 rep set

    Sprint: 5:12(ish) with 20kg

    And I did my first kipping pullups ever today while playing on the bar waiting for the 2nd heat to finish the WOD!

  3. Strained my MCL playing rugby this weekend so I took it easy on weight, 10kg on the Turkish getups.

    5:01 on the row and Russians, 12kg.
