sit down on the ground with your legs out in front of you, like the girl in the green shirt in the picture above. twist to the left and tap the bell on the ground, then twist to the right and tap the bell on the ground. that's one rep. repeat 15 times.
New to the post. Anywhere I can find a description of some/all of these moves? I'm familiar with kettlebell training to an extent, but some of the moves I've never heard of. Thanks!
