  2. I need to go up in weight on the Turkish get ups because I'm pretty speedy with them. Finished in 14:31, 14kg on the Turkish, 20kg on the swings.

  8. 4.5 rounds. Started with 12K and gradually ended up at 13# on T-ups. 20K Russians.

  9. I now train at the YMCA and they just purchased a bunch of kettlebells! So I gave this WOD a shot. It probably took me about 25 minutes to finish.

    25 lbs (the weight on the KBs is in pounds) for the get ups
    35 lbs for the Russians.
