Chris failed to mention a 3rd WOD of tabata squats with the "rest" entailing remaining in a squat position. I think he was trying to kill some of us off since the class is getting so big.I did 12 rounds on the 1st WOD with 14kg, finished the second WOD in 5:41 (I think) with my amazingly strong rugby teammate, Carrey Bull!
