KETTLEBELL WOD 8.3.11

warmup:

5 pullups
10 kb deadlifts
15 jumping squats

3 rounds

800m run


WOD:

russian swings on the minute every minute for 12 minutes

30-30-30-30-25-25-25-25-20-20-20-20

for every failed set and for every time you put the bell
down before finishing the allotted reps you owe 3 wall
walks at the end of the wod. 4 total failures equal 12 wall walks, etc...
if you didn't earn any wall walks then reward yourself with an 800m run.
