WOD 1:

sa power clean
sa clean & jerk
sa snatch

work through all movements on each arm
for the following rep scheme before switching sides

3 minutes of work
followed by 90 seconds of work
3 rounds

recommended load by round is:  16/24/32


WOD 2:

7 minute amrap

max pushups (with chains son)
50 ft dual bell farmer's carry in the rack, 24
200m run
