    9:01 for the WOD with the 32k for the russians and the 20k for the c & p. 1:28 on the 400

  3. 10:56 for the WOD (20K swings, 12K presses - we need some more 14Ks ;)

    2:05 for the run which calculates out to roughly an 8 minute mile. That's amazing for this solidly 10:30 minute mile chica.
