5 rounds + deads & cleans with 16kg
same as wolfrey with the 20klowest tabata rep was 13, i think
5 rounds, 12K for a bit, but definitely 10K on the squats.
6 rounds started with 10K first two rounds, went to 12K for the rest
4 rounds started with 10K then moved down to 8k. Did 10K for the deadlifts and 8K for the rest. hard workout for me..
forgot to add that this why my first time using dual bells.
