7.51 - started with 12k, quickly went down to 6k
did something totally different today with Mike: AMRAP 15 minutes 250m row 10 TGUPsDid about 3.5 rounds with a 10k
Did what Monica did.Finished 3 rounds plus a fourth round of rows. 10k on the Turkish getups.Then a sprint thing; 3 shuttles followed by 10 clean and press from the ground, 3 rounds. Finished around 2:10, I think. 10k again.
oh yeah. we did the shuttle run thing too! not fun..
