obviously jillian needs some serious one on one training with master kettlebell coach chris hartwell.15:42 with the 24khad some drops on the two handed flips.and had to use lots of guidance with the off hand during the one handers, but overall i was pretty pleased. runs were slow.
14:09, using light weights since I'm just starting my 2nd week. 12K Russians and high pull then down to 10K for flips and release/catch.
