what ever set u fall to meet 17 snatch is called your working set.
ex: on set 10 i only got 15 snatch, my working set is 10.

I just had to be different and did 24 power swings in under 36 sec for 16 sets. 14K. Working set of 24.
ReplyDeleteI did all 36 sets but only at 14K. It took about 44min to complete and I was wasted after that..
ReplyDeleteWe ended up doing 17 or 18 sets. Completed them all with at 12k. Whew!
