The Viking Warrior Challenge

36:36
Complete 17 snatch in under 36 sec.
Rest for 36 sec.
-Repeat for 36 sets.
what ever set u fall to meet 17 snatch is called your working set.
ex: on set 10 i only got 15 snatch, my working set is 10.

men 16kg
women 12kg

  1. I just had to be different and did 24 power swings in under 36 sec for 16 sets. 14K. Working set of 24.

  2. I did all 36 sets but only at 14K. It took about 44min to complete and I was wasted after that..

  3. We ended up doing 17 or 18 sets. Completed them all with at 12k. Whew!
