Kettlebell Wod 7/7/10


12 minute running clock. Perform as many Snatch as possible. Using 3 different size bells. Every 4 minutes u must switch bells. Working one hand for 2 minutes than the other for 2 minutes. U may rest as much as needed. But u only have 2 minutes to work on each hand for each bell.
Example: 4 mins 16 kg; 2 mins right hand #reps, 2 mins left hand #reps.
4 mins 24 kg; 2 mins right hand #reps, 2 mins left hand #reps.
4 mins 32 kg; 2 mins right hand #reps, 2 mins left hand #reps.

  1. This looks like a great workout. Sorry I missed it. I'll have to do it Saturday. Should be good practice for the next competition.

    16k - 24,22
    16k - 18,23

    Did this one at home on Saturday, so only had the 2 bells. Probably would have gone with a 14k in the middle. This one was rough!
